The service
Remark is a local voice dictation and meeting transcription application for macOS. All processing occurs on your device.
Accuracy disclaimer
Transcription output should always be reviewed before use in professional settings.
Remark does not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions, speaker identification, or meeting summaries. Machine-generated text may contain errors. Users are responsible for verifying all output, particularly in legal, medical, or professional contexts.
Subscription
- Free tier: unlimited dictation, 3 hours meeting transcription
- Pro tier: $8/month or $69/year via Paddle
- Cancel anytime — app reverts to free tier, no data is lost
- Payments processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record)
Limitation of liability
Remark is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to inaccurate transcriptions, missed content, or data loss.
Intellectual property
Remark and its source code are proprietary. Your transcriptions and recordings belong to you.
Termination
We may terminate or modify the service at any time. Your local data remains on your device regardless.
