30-day refund guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Simply contact us at support@getremark.uk and we will process your refund promptly.

How refunds work

• Annual licenses: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal. You will receive a full refund.
• Lifetime licenses: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Full refund, no questions asked.
• Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method.

After a refund

Remark validates licence keys entirely on your device and has no app account or online activation service, so we cannot remotely disable an installed key or delete anything from your Mac. When a full refund is processed, your licence terminates and you must stop using the refunded licence. Your existing transcripts, meetings, and other local files remain on your device.

Cancellation

For annual licenses, you can choose not to renew. When your license expires:

• Your license remains active until the end of your current annual period.
• After the period ends, the app enters read-only mode.
• No further charges will be made.
• Your data remains on your device. Nothing is deleted.

How to request a refund

Email support@getremark.uk with your purchase email address. That's it. No forms, no hoops, no phone calls.

Payment processor

Payments are provided through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link acting as Merchant of Record. Link handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, and transaction support. Your full payment details are never stored by Remark.
